Betsy’s Bistro is a locally owned business with long ties with the Champaign-Urbana Community though its parent company Hendrick House. We use seasonal, locally-sourced ingredients in addition to fresh produce grown on our farm. We offer an ever-changing menu for a unique dining experience. Serving the Carle at The Fields Community. Open to the public Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
