The Douglas County Museum is a local history museum located in the county seat of Tuscola.  The museum offers visitors year-round exhibits, programs, events and tours for various ages and interests and cares for a collection of over 10,000 items of historical significance to Douglas County.  Visitors may also use the museum's research library containing genealogical resources, obituaries, cemetery books, census records, atlases, plat books, and more.  The museum is open Monday-Friday 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM.  All other times are by tour or scheduled special program/event.
